Join our team as the Safer Pathway Senior Clinician and play a crucial role in implementing the CCLHD Safer Pathway model of care. As part of the "It Stops Here: Standing Together To End Domestic And Family Violence" initiative by the NSW Government, you'll be instrumental in reducing immediate threats to adult and child victims of domestic violence.
In this role, you'll lead the implementation of a coordinated, holistic response to victims and their children, ensuring tailored support to meet their safety, health, and wellbeing needs. Additionally, you'll demonstrate clinical specialty, provide leadership, and actively contribute to service development, evaluation, and staff/student teaching.

About You
- Hold a Degree in Social Work from an accredited course eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or possess an overseas qualification with an AASW Overseas Assessment number and possess an eligible NSW Driver Licence and be willing to travel for work.
- Have recent clinical experience within the Emergency Department clinical specialty.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement, practice development, and evidence-based practice.
