Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years. THE ROLE
As a result of continuous company growth, we are looking for a SEQT Administrator to join our team based in our Perth Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and growing team to step into the next phase of your career.
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Support SEQT Team and Sites by running KPI reports, safety observations reports and administrative activities
- Collect, process and collate data to update the safety database
- Support the site training function with training needs analysis
- Document and policy drafting
- Data entry and maintenance for SEQT Systems
- General administrative duties and adhoc tasks required by SEQT Manager
THE PERSON
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of INX Safety and Procore databases is not essential but preferred
- Competent with the Microsoft Office suite
- Interpersonal skills to enable relationships with peers and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail
