Qualifications & experience
- Preferably a tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the building & construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and the practical application thereof.
- Strong communication and independence abilities with the capability of enthusiastically engaging others.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and consistent implementation of the Focus Building Management System
- Provide effective and practical advice to Project staff on implementation of the Focus Building Management System and compliance with relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice.
- Promote positive safety culture on all projects
- Ensure on site HSE training (Inductions etc) programs are established and implemented
