We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for safety professionals at an Advisor and/or Senior Advisor level for an upcoming 12 month project based out of Hobart, Tasmania. These positions would ideally be suited to those with previous exposure within the civil road maintenance, construction or heavy industrial space.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications Occupational Health and Safety advantageous.
- Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities in a safety context.
- Influential and conversational communication style, utilising a partnering approach to build on learning insights across the business.
- Ability to adapt across complex working environments and engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative predisposition, appropriately exercising flexibility, and tenaciousness.
- OHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry operating accredited heavy vehicles.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
