Well established company in Telecommunications/Civil Construction requires an office assistant to join our administration team to help with our day to day work activities.
We require a person who is well presented, happy to take calls and interact with people in a clear, polite manner. The successful applicant must have a great attention for detail and be willing to learn new processes and programs.
Previous experience in administration is essential as well as a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, etc) & MYOB AccountRight .
Applicants with experience in telecommunications include as-built data entry and handover completions will be highly considered.
Duties will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Compiling paperwork
- General office duties i.e. ordering stationery, sending emails, taking notes
- Maintaining records
- Filing(digital and physical)
- Data Entry
- MYOB
