P&M Galea Plant Hire are seeking a Safety & Compliance Administrator to support our day to day operations.
About Us
With over 70+ specialised trucks and an experienced team, P&M Galea Plant Hire provides vacuum trucks, street sweepers and water carts to some of Sydney’s most iconic infrastructure projects.
As a family owned and operated business, the Safety & Compliance Administrator is a newly created role to join our growing team based at Kellyville.
About the role
Reporting to our HSEQ Manager, this is a full time role responsible for the ongoing compliance management of our fleet, operators and management systems.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining up to date information on client portals
- Coordinating employee inductions and client onboarding
- Ensuring completion of truck inspection checklists
- Maintaining truck compliance folders
- General office duties as required including answering the phone
- Maintaining PPE stock levels
- Maintain safety management systems
About you
You are motivated with an eye for detail and enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a small team.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- An understanding of the WHS legislation
- Experience within a civil construction environment (preferred)
- Cert IV WHS
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Assignar software knowledge (advantageous)
