The Role
Quality & Compliance Administrator – Part-Time 12-month fixed term contract – Brookvale, Sydney NSW
22.5 Hours per week, and can be allocated at the candidates choice of working days.
Are you ready to join a legacy of excellence? As our Quality & Compliance Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our regulatory compliance and upholding our commitment to quality. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our continued success while working across both the Quality and Compliance teams.
Your Impactful Role:
Join us as our Quality & Compliance Administrator and assist in meeting our regulatory and compliance obligations, including ISO 9001 & 14001 certification. Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking Certificates of Analysis and reviewing SDS expiration reports.
- Completing specific tasks related to product compliance.
- Updating documentation such as procedures and work instructions.
- Reviewing our Document Management System and ensuring its accuracy.
- Cleaning and checking data in SharePoint lists.
- Assisting with the internal audit program.
- Supporting allergen labeling and filing information in explorer.
- Assisting the QC Manager and QC Coordinators as needed.
What We're Looking For:
While a background knowledge in Quality or Compliance is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite. However, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word is a must, with knowledge of SharePoint and Teams highly preferred. An eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential qualities for this role. We're seeking individuals who aren't afraid to ask questions, possess a curious mind, and constantly strive for improvements.
