About the role
As MNC Contracts/Compliance Administrator your purpose is to contract manage (post-connection) contractual performance for network connection premises and ensure all obligations and conditions of the contract are administrated.
In addition, you will be responsible for the commercial and case management of Network Connections recoverable works Post Connection Operations and Maintenance Service fees, ensuring the maximum efficiencies are obtained and compliant with all Essential Energy, National Electricity Rules (NER) and other regulatory policy/procedures.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
About You

You will be working with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that we comply with all relevant laws, regulations, contracts, and standards. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality documentation, reports, and briefings, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements. You will need to have a solid knowledge of compliance best practices and procedures, as well as excellent skills in computer operations and business system software.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma of Project Management, Management and Leadership or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
Desirable
- Quality Management certifications / qualifications
- Electrical Engineering qualifications
