Compliance Administrator - Construction Mega Project - Fifo

Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border. 

This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW. 

Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.

The role

This site based opportunity is central to ensuring an effective and robust compliance platform, facilitating e-learning, employee certification and personal compliance requirements, and to maintain discipline across a number of online induction and workforce management systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• New profile creation for subcontractors and e-learning allocation 
• Training matrix updates and site compliance checks
• Employee subscription and certification renewals
• Facilitate training for certifications as required
• FFW compliance and associated required reporting - project wide
• Assist with expansion of IVMS system implementation
• Maintain Altora and Pegasus content ensuring system integrity

Your skills and experience: 

• Training and compliance system experience required
• Database dexterity, comfort in navigating a variety of systems
• Understanding of compliance in construction environments preferred
• Experience with Power BI is desirable
• Evolved I.T skills: MS Windows, MS Office are minimum expectations

This position will be based onsite in Buronga NSW, and will be fly in fly out, on a 2:1 roster. This is your chance to make a significant contribution to one of the nation’s largest energy infrastructure projects.
