Resulting from their continued growth, they now have two opportunities at different levels within the business. Fundamentally however, you will partner effectively with a broad range of clients across multiple sites and industry sectors. Your work will vary from providing best practice advice and assistance, conducting audits and risk assessments, facilitating incident investigations, as well as developing and implementing safety management systems, and much more.
Formal qualifications with a degree in Safety, Risk Management or any related discipline is essential. In addition, you must be a proactive, results oriented WHS professional who is able to deliver commercially practical solutions. As you will be dealing with clients on a regular basis, you must also have strong interpersonal skills, be articulate, responsive, respectful and able to build credible relationships at all levels within a business. Resilience, a keen customer focus and goal orientation will complement your proactive, common sense approach and ‘can do’ attitude.
