Karora Resources is a Canadian owned, multi-asset gold producer with operations across the Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our producing mining operations of Beta Hunt and Higginsville are supported by two processing facilities, one on site at Higginsville and our Lakewood plant located in Kalgoorlie, providing a combined processing capacity of 2.6Mtpa.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Provide administration support, communication, and Microsoft office support for all Work Health Safety & Training (WHST) activities
- Aid in the maintenance and quality control of INX data, upload documentation and moderate INX entries
- Assist with the application and maintenance of the Karora Safety & Training Management Systems
- Compile data for WHST systems reporting
- Assist with reviewing and updating site documentation
- Ensure visitors adhere to site access procedures upon arrival at the site gatehouse
- Operate in accordance site policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a Safety and Training Administrator role with a strong interest in Workplace Health and Safety in the mining and resources sector
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s licence
- Certificate IV in WHS – (desirable)
- Understanding of or desire to learn about Safety Management Systems
- Excellent computer skills & literacy, particularly across the MS Office suite
- Use of INX (Intuition & InControl, InFlight) or similar software
- Pronto experience (advantageous)
- Experience in updating and maintaining personnel records in Learning Management Systems
- A can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills
