Training Administrator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Training Administrator to join our Bayu Undan Project team. This position offers a unique opportunity to achieve a healthy work life balance while making a significant impact on our project. This role reports to and is a key support to the Human Resources Manager

Who we are:
We provide asset support solutions encompassing asset management and modifications, shutdowns and turnarounds, general maintenance, operations support services and decommissioning.

Your focus will include:

• Coordinate end-to-end training process; including but not limited to maintaining the training tracker, liaising with internal stakeholders / personnel / training providers / subcontractors, coordination of associated travel and accommodation, raising Commercial documents, filing of certificates to the training system and personnel files, and processing of employee expenses and receipting through Oracle.
• Work with the HR Training Team to monitor training needs and compliance to ensure the qualification requirements are correctly maintained in line with Contract and Client needs.
• Update the Contract Training Matrix and assist with revision changes.
• Assist the HR Training Team with mentoring team members in Timor-Leste.
• Monitor and respond to any training and competency queries and provide solutions / clarifications when required.
• Assist with monthly reporting as required.
• Run system reports as required.
• Partake in audits to ensure compliance is maintained as per the current Training Matrix.

What will you bring to the team:

• Previous experience in a training / administrative role, preferably within the resources industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritise between current / future tasks
