The Salary Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery, including payroll compliance, and managing offshore provider. As well as develop strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations. This is a full-time permanent role offering a hybrid working environment between our Parramatta office and remote working.
What you'll be doing
- Manage end to end payroll delivery, including the preparation and processing of payment and maintenance of all related records.
- Ensure all payroll documents and deadlines are accurately processed and in timely manner by pay cycle.
- Provide quality customer service to all staff queries and ensure they are managed in a timely and efficient manner and resolved within agreed service level timeframes.
- Ensure time and payroll data integrity audits are conducted each payroll cycle and prior to EFT finalisation.
- Effective and timely management of recovery of overpayments for active and terminated employees.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience in the use of SAP payroll.
- Excellent organisational / time management skills.
- An ability to manage pressure in a fast paced and high volume environment.
