SHAWL SPORTS is a leading provider of sports equipment, sports installations and general supplies to the education sector. Primarily we deal with Private and Public Schools, mostly across VIC, TAS, ACT and NSW. We are a formally listed preferred supplier to VIC Government Schools. We do supply Australia wide – but operate in VIC and NSW.
We are looking to expand our sales team, to manage the growth opportunities that are present in the market. We employ attitude first and will train the right candidate.
The job involves interacting with key school staff and supplying their sporting goods requirements, including leading sporting brands.
We also supply and manage installations of sporting infrastructure like basketball towers, tennis nets and gym separator systems.

You will need:
- Competent computer skills and experience – Word/Excel/E-Mail
- A well-maintained vehicle to use for work – visiting clients, visiting suppliers and potentially some rural visits
- Team player, can-do attitude and respectful nature
- Energy and enthusiasm with a competitive approach
- Strong time management and someone who is efficient, organised and proactive
- Attention to detail – we add logos and provide a specialised personal service to our sports clients
- New business development will be a requirement of this role and we will be looking for someone who is comfortable in hunting new business opportunities
- Sales experience and sporting Interests will be well regarded – you will be mainly dealing with physical education professionals
