Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and drive business growth.
  • Solution Consulting: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address their challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned Key Accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with product development and marketing efforts.
  • Account Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse Key Account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for Key Accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Bilingual of English and Chinese is needed for new market development.
