- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with product development and marketing efforts.
- Account Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse Key Account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for Key Accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly and effectively.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
