Hot Topic & Zak are an established supplier of choice to the Australian and NZ grocery, pharmacy and DDS market. We specialise in a wide range of products, in a number of different categories in both a licensed and non-licensed format.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience and personal attributes:
- Committed and hard working with a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate / Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to a tight timeline
- Understands sales and budget commitments
Role Responsibilities:
- General Sales Administration
- Completion of product submissions to customers via an online portal
- Assisting with presentation formatting
- Liaising with internal Product Team members
- Packaging and sending samples
- Running and updating sales reports in Excel
We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn and grow from the ground up! An individual that has had experience in a similar role is favourable but not required.
