Beauty & Hair Australia specialises in online shopping for the hair and beauty industry. Our facility in Mount Waverley consists of a retail showroom, hairdressing salon, office and warehouse.
Are you friendly, energetic and self-motivated?
Ideally we are looking for someone who is good at time management, has clear and precise communication and knows their way around a computer. This role is suited to someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail with a focus for customer service and sales, and a flair for fashion and style – we do work in the Beauty and Hair Industry after all. Our customers look to us to help them look and feel their very best.
The successful applicant must:- Professional and clean personal presentation with a sense of flair, yet conservative
- Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- MS Office Skills including Mail, Word and Excel
- Enjoy working on your own and as part of a team
- Driver’s Licence and own car
- Ideally have some previous experience in a similar role

Duties will include but are not limited to:- Reception duties (meeting and greeting customers, accepting deliveries, etc)
- Telephone answering, screen and direct calls
- Booking Appointments
- Data Entry
- Administrative Duties
- Customer Service and Sales Support
- General Cleaning and Assisting our busy Hairdressers and pick packing online orders
