About the Role:
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our Sales Support Team. This role can be based at any of our Support Offices in either Yatala, Richlands or Toowoomba.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
- Handling new and used equipment orders.
- Liaising with salespeople
- Uploading required documentation
- Managing finance applications
- Processing supplier invoices and accounting transactions
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- A strong customer service ethic
- Ability to multitask and a proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work colleagues and management.
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality of information.
- This role will suit you perfectly if you love working in a team-based environment and have positive & professional nature.
- Prior administration experience would be very beneficial and highly regarded.
