Are you ready to take your career to the next level? The Brown and Hurley Group is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Sales Administrator in our branch in Mackay Ag. As a business we are growing fast so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. In this role, you'll play a vital part in our sales department, ensuring the processing of vehicle and equipment orders is efficient and accurate.
What you will be doing:
- Tracking sales throughout the sales process and updating customers as required
- Managing sales invoices and supplier orders for vehicles and equipment
- Coordinating and processing finance payouts on purchased and traded vehicles and equipment
- Maintaining stock lists
- Updating DMS as per the sales process
- Managing vehicle registrations
- Ordering, maintaining and coordinating the distribution promotional items
- The preparation of delivery and warranty sheets for the vehicle handover
- Organising the movement of vehicles and equipment to their destination
- Compiling and tracking the Sales teams commissions
About you:
- Previous sales administration experience at a vehicle dealership is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of vehicle registration and compliance processes
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
