Your role will go beyond just customer service and sales – you're the heartbeat of our client’s support system, ensuring their customers and dynamic sales team experience world class service at every turn.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Cultivate robust client and staff relationships to drive company success, fostering customer rapport to maximise potential and loyalty.
- Follow up on leads and prepare quotations.
- Respond to customer inquiries by providing solutions, assisting with inquiries, actively listening to their requests, offering solutions, negotiating quotations, and assist with closing sales.
- Assist with generating leads/sales and ensure quote follow-ups are up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate and up to date management of the CRM system with opportunities, contacts, scheduling reminders and ensuring all relevant notes from customer interactions are recorded.
- Maintain timely contact/communication with account customers to service and grow the relationship, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Aid your sales team in updating, analysing and categorising the customer base, creating strategies and focus.
- Assist with answering incoming phone calls and serving walk-in customers as needed.

To be successful, you will need:
- Relevant experience of 1-2 years in a similar B2B Sales Support and Customer Service role.
- Exceptional time management, organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Great energy with a positive and proactive approach, a can-do-attitude, high emotional intelligence, and a friendly demeanour – it all comes naturally to you!
- A real team player with demonstrated ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- A high level of resilience and determination to succeed with a strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
Highly desirable:
- Ability to read and understand building plans, specifications, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of Aust standards, and commercial building methods.
