We are looking for a Full Time Sales Administrator for our Inner North boutique real estate office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day running of all sales administration tasks for the business including:
- Exceptional 6-star client management
- Sales listing management
- Monitor systems and processes of the business and update when needed
- Management of our CRM system and daily workflow of sales team
- Oversee sales team and co-ordinate all meetings and auction events when required
- Contract preparation, contract administration and follow up, ensuring contracts are executed and ensure all deposits and marketing monies are paid within contractual timeframes.
- Social media management
The successful candidate must possess:
- Experience in realestate administration preferred, either within a real estate office or similar
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Ability to work in a small team and take initiative
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills
- Good communication skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience overseeing a small team ideal
- Minimum 1 + years Real Estate Experience is Essential
- Have their own vehicle, registered, roadworthy and insured
