Reporting to the Sales Manager you will play an integral part in supporting the sales team and being the customer's key contact. With your immaculate customer service abilities, you will assist customers through the sales process and continue to provide support after the sale is made.
Responsibilities:
- Taking customers order via phone and email
- Providing aftersales support to the customers
- Understanding customers needs and recommending products
- Liaising with external freight for deliveries
- Chasing back orders
- Record keeping
- Complaint resolution
About You:
- Experience in a Sales Administration role
- Experience or genuine passion for the horticulture industry
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong organisation and time management skills
