AddressBelle Property South Yarra has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator / PA to Sales Director to work directly with a high performing Sales Director to develop your skills and expertise in real estate administration.
We are looking for a motivated, determined and charismatic professional looking for the opportunity to assist a high performing Sales Director in a fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to access ongoing professional development and in-house coaching to help you become a professional in the industry.
Whilst advertised as a full-time position, we would be open to considering reduced hours (for example, child day care / school hours) for the right candidate.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- High level diary management, scheduling and planning.
- Creation of Market Appraisal reports with follow up and management.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and suppliers for your Sales Director.
- Process incoming leads, incoming calls and email communication.
- Co-ordinate marketing, direct mail, social media, print ads, etc.
- Verify, update and maintain the Sales Director’s Client Management System (client database).
- Assist to Sales Director with client and buyer care, open homes / inspections.
- Liaise with suppliers and trades to obtain quotes and follow through with completion of works.
- Meet personal and team KPIs.
- Attend regular coaching and training sessions.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded
- Have a current Agent Representative Certificate and driver's license
- Be immaculately presented and well groomed
- Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
