This position will play a critical role in providing internal support to the customer service and sales team and responding to inbound inquiries. With ongoing training and development, no previous industry experience is required, and you will be given the opportunity to continually progress.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the sales and customer service team with quoting and actioning inbound inquiries
- Entering orders in a timely manner to ensure client's needs are met
- Generating and following up on quotes
- Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
- Liaising with customers regarding their orders and ensuring they are kept up to date on ETAs
- Coordinating meetings with regional Business Development Managers
