Sales Administrator

Belle Property Townsville  is eagerly seeking a hard-working, people-person to support our multi-award-winning Sales Agents. 

This role allows you to focus on strengthening your administration skills and play a pivotal role in the administration side of our sales business by being the backbone of the team’s sales campaigns. You will need to have a can-do attitude, where no task is too small to ensure the clients are looked after. 

The role and office culture will have you eagerly wanting to get to work and play a pivotal role in this agents success. 

What could a day in the life look like for you? 

• Working on key administration duties to support the listing, marketing,  and sales activity of a high performing team;
• Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience;
• Database management;
• General ad hoc duties as required

What a successful candidate will possess: 

• Minium 6 months Real Estate experience is advantageous; however, you must possess a learn it all attitude
• Administration experience is required;
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
• Solutions-focussed with a desire to help others succeed; 
• Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills; 
• Confidence in working with Microsoft 365; and
• Ability to adapt, be flexible and be a team player!
