Opportunity
 
The primary focus of this position is to offer administrative and logistics support to a dynamic sales team. Key responsibilities involve processing orders, generating invoices, organizing transport, completing both sales and shipping documentation while delivering top-quality customer service. As a member of this role reporting to the Business Manager, you will be integral to a robust and supportive team culture, where you will have variety and challenge with the opportunity to learn and grow.
 
Selection criteria:
 

• Previous administration experience with exposure to sales and logistics process adv
• Strong time management and coordination skills with high attention to detail
• Computer literacy – MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
• Effective communication / interpersonal skills with a customer centric & solutions focused approach
• Ability to travel with a current passport required
