We are on the lookout for an amazing super-hero administrator to join us in creating an outstanding customer experience for our clients. We hope that you have the experience and skill to support a high-performing, energetic and very friendly real estate sales team like ours.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. Ideally you will be:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying cool under pressure.
- Capable of demonstrating excellent proficiency with technology.
- Detail-focused with a high level of organization and time management skills.
- Very positive, friendly and motivated.
- A great communicator and team-player.
- Willing to learn new things, expand your skills and adapt to your environment.
- An administrator with real estate experience – but that’s not essential.
- A can-do person who will take on any task with enthusiasm and complete it with precision.
We want you to bring exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisation and time management skills to the table, and we’ll meet you there with unfailing team support, excellent training, abundant professional and personal development opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and processing agency agreements and sales contracts with accuracy.
- Co-ordinating digital advertising campaigns including copywriting and proof reading.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, brokers, conveyancers and suppliers with excellent communication skills.
- Supporting the Boffo team with general administration tasks as required.
- Diligent database management including updating, recording and maintaining digital records.
