This is a sales support role within the Projects, Development and Commercial division of our agency. Working with our senior team of experts within this field to ensure the coordination of their projects/listings are run smooth and the client service is A grade.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Managing the compliance for the projects and acquisition team, including but not limited to sales advices, creating all documents through the system
- Managing the onboarding set up for projects, from compliance through to launching online
- Data management for the team member
- Completing sales advices for the team
- Reporting for stats, vendor reporting etc
- Managing the marketing campaigns on behalf of the team
- Being the “go to” person with the marketing team to ensure deadlines are met
- Greet clients and set up meetings and presentations on behalf of the agents
- Ensure high standards of customer service both face to face and on the phone
- Reporting and extensive data entry
- Set up for Launch Events or Auctions
- Communicate any needs of the team to all internal divisions
- Take messages in a timely and efficient manner
- Opportunity to enhance your skills and will be trained within compliance
- Attend weekly team meetings and sales meeting
- Assist with online marketing for project listings including open for inspection times
In order to be successful, you must have the following qualities:
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow up
- Must have the Rea Estate Certificate of Registration or License
- Previous administrative or sales support experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is necessary
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and prioritising skills
- Must be firm but friendly to coordinate this team
- Must be professional, friendly and willingness to help others
- An interest to further a career within Real Estate is preferred
