About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team with a wide range of administrative activities including generation of proposals, quotes, contract administration, reporting and general office duties.
Key responsibilities
This is a key role for our business, offering a diverse and fast-paced workday. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and processing of proposals, quotes, and invoices
- Support contract price adjustments and renewal processes, and ensure internal systems are accurate.
- Take ownership of the role and the processes that it includes.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to internal and external customer queries.
- Management of three internal Outlook inboxes so a sound knowledge in managing Outlook is required
Skills & experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work well both autonomously and part of a team.
- Energetic and flexible approach.
- Sound knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- A willingness and commitment to getting the job done
