APEX Envirocare are looking for an Administration and Accounts Assistant to join their growing Team in Wangara. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Account queries and support for the Account Team
  • Dealing with account issues with clients/suppliers
  • Answering phone calls & directing callers to appropriate resources
  • Creation of quotes & sending to clients
  • Creation of PO’s & distribution to suppliers
  • Creation of invoices and distribution to clients
  • Credit Applications
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail distribution
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Document control - management and upkeep of manual/digital filing systems
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases externally and within designated software systems

What You ‘Can Do’

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised
  • Capable of using MS Office and various Accounting software
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Ability to show initiative and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to share information where appropriate, work within a team and positively contribute to a team environment.

Experience

• 2-5 years of Administrative experience in a similar role 

• Experience with AroFlo preferred but not essential
