About the role & duties
As their new Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating property sales, engaging with clients, and honing valuable skills in a dynamic industry. The blend of varied responsibilities, client interactions, and opportunities for personal and professional growth makes this position an exciting career prospect for individuals with a passion for real estate.
As part of this role, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive office management support while handling various real estate sales tasks in our thriving office.
  • Collaborate within a team to support a group of esteemed sales agents and their teams.
  • Prepare essential listing and sales documentation with precision.
  • Manage the listing process from upload to launch seamlessly.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, including open home advertising, and oversee marketing adjustments.
  • Liaise effectively with the accounts department for trust account allocation and distribution of marketing funds and deposits.
  • Streamline contract processing and diligently follow up on conditions through to settlement.
  • Handle contract condition management and maintain effective communication with conveyancing, lead sales agents, and their teams.
  • Ensure seamless management of databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate administration.
  • Enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and the ability to take initiative.
  • A professional demeanor, excellent phone etiquette, and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept at prioritization, and thriving in deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in advanced computer skills, typing, and adaptability to new systems.
