The role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare division as a Sales Administrator. In this exciting role, you will support one of our sales teams with various administrative tasks crucial to the success of our corporate accounts.
We offer flexible working arrangements, and once you are comfortable with the role, you can work from our office in Darra as well as from home. This will initially be a 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend.
We are entering an exciting period of change, which will see you add to your already existing skills and be a valuable support to the team during this exciting growth phase. Some of the things you will find yourself doing:
- Setting up customers in the system
- Ordering tools and stock for technicians
- Setting up contracts and getting sign off from finance team
- Organise client dinner events and team events
- Organise exhibitor representation requirements for conferences attended by the team
- Organise customer quotes
- Use several different systems including Masterpack, Netsuite and SAP
Key to success in this role may include:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with administration processes.
- Experience with organising events
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- System savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
