Responsibilities:
· Provide support to the BDM with their day-to-day duties
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients
· Receive and manager enquiries regarding new and current orders
· Ascertain items the company is able to supply based on orders through inventory checks
· Liaise with procurement regarding inventory and parts ordering
· Liaise with customers around any changes and orders
· Enter all items into quote special pricing, BDM to provide margins they want for each item or supplier
· Check original order with updated specifications and final delivery of product
· Actively maintain a strong product knowledge of product being supplied
· Maintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
· Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering
· Previous experience with sales coordinator experience
· Intermediate computer skills
· Experience with working across multiple systems including sales CRMs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work unsupervised and a team player
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
· Excellent technical aptitude and understanding of engineering and manufacturing
· Ability to multitask and structure tasks out according to priority
Must have full working rights and be able to travel to Lytton and work in the office full time.
