Employees are ambassadors for living and breathing our Shared Values.THE OPPORTUNITYWe have multiple exciting permanent full-time opportunities for Strategic Account Directors to join the team in Melbourne VIC.Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver sustainable business performance with their tier one organisations through the retention, growth and development of all lines of services within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cross-selling strategies for Solutions and IT Services to expand revenue opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand their business needs and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Presales, Business Solutions and IT Services to tailor solutions that meet clients needs and align with the FBAU strategy
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts to identify potential areas for cross-selling and upselling
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on additional products or services that could benefit their business
  • Track and report on cross-selling performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to proactively identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Continually build understanding of client business challenges and strategy drivers, engage effectively with the right “C level” decision makers
  • Be accountable for sales planning and forecasting
  • Ensure operational excellence through applying relevant business processes and tools
Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in strategic selling or consultative engagement
  • Experience in multifaceted solution sales in competitive space (prospecting, business development)
  • Experience in consulting, advisory - technology, services &/or document management solutions
  • Experience in managing business cases and financial modelling
  • Worked in Sales of outsourced &/or managed services environment
  • Knowledge of Business process, workflow analysis & management
  • Project management experience
