The Role:

Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week, your specific duties will include but not be limited to;

• • Marketing and Sales Administration - NO PROSPECTING
  • Open homes and inspections
  • Maintain the Agent Box database of listings, prospective buyers, prospective vendors, vendors and past clients
  • Attend OFI and by appointment inspections for sales listings
  • Local property market research
  • Attend Market Appraisals
  • Book and attend pre-settlement inspections

What YOU must have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Be well presented and well spoken
• Energetic, committed and strive for nothing but excellence.
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Strong administration and communication skills
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a reliable car
• Ideally 12 months experience in real estate
