This national membership organisation responsible for professional development is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to a guide new inquiries and members into postgraduate and short courses to further their professional development.The Role:
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries regarding postgraduate, short courses and events and providing insights into the programs on offer
- Converting prospective students into members of the organisation where possible
- Managing and meeting all enrolment/registration targets and phone call KPI’s
- Delivering high levels of customer service to members and prospective students from inquiry to registration
To be considered for interview you will have:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong ability to work autonomously with proven high volume calls and engagement
- Self motivated and ability to take ownership of target and customers
- Salary of up to $73,500 + super
- Hybrid work environment (2 days in the office)
