Sales Advisor - Education

This national membership organisation responsible for professional development is looking for a Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity to a guide new inquiries and members into postgraduate and short courses to further their professional development.The Role:
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for:

• Responding to inquiries regarding postgraduate, short courses and events and providing insights into the programs on offer
• Converting prospective students into members of the organisation where possible
• Managing and meeting all enrolment/registration targets and phone call KPI’s
• Delivering high levels of customer service to members and prospective students from inquiry to registration

About you:
To be considered for interview you will have:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong ability to work autonomously with proven high volume calls and engagement
• Self motivated and ability to take ownership of target and customers
