Due to continuing expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Top End Off Road Centre, for a Sales Trainee / Admin assistant to work within our highly successful team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following attributes:
- Passionate about outdoor adventures, 4WD vehicles, and exploring the great outdoors.
- Experience in a similar position desired, but not essential
- Ability to multi-task, be well organised.
- Customer focused with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
- Excellent phone and face to face communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Be a team player, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills
- Able to manage large workloads and meet deadlines with confidence.
Duties required (but not limited to):
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable products and accessories.
- Create repair orders.
- Arrange workshop bookings and maintain workflow.
- Order parts and arrange sublets.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Assist with general administration.
