Q Academy is currently recruiting to cover various positions as a Sales and Admin at the Gold Coast Campus.
As a Sales and Admin Team Member, you will be the first person that our potential students will contact when enquiring about our courses. How you interact with them will ultimately influence whether they choose to study with us and start their career as a health provider with Q Academy.
Your communication skills and the ability to answer all questions accurately will be key for the role. You will build rapport, helping to identify the potential student’s needs and in turn, you will be able to inform and provide advice on the course best suited to their goals.

You will have a passion for helping people demonstrated by your approachable nature, strong listening skills and ability to empathise. You have a talent for building personal connections.
We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing or sales role. You will enjoy learning as you will need to become a knowledge expert in the qualifications that we offer. You are energetic and have a hunger to not only achieve Sales and service targets but exceed them.
You’ll have a strong eye for detail and be able to follow directions from others. We use computer-based systems for all our procedures, you will need to have basic computer skills. Competency Microsoft Office Suite + Student Management System
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role,
- Highly efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Very proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Professional and friendly attitude
PREFERED CRITERIA
- Previous experience in an RTO and Sound knowledge of the VET System
- Familiarity with Student Management system (Axcelerate preferable)
- Knowledge of government funding programs such as Vet Student Loans and/or HLS Programs
- Knowledge of our courses, and/or a strong understanding of the massage industry
