This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager (Business and Development Manager) to take on a fulfilling role at Alstef Group, with opportunities for both personal and professional development. You will be confident in demonstrating your practical expertise along with innovation, communication, and leadership.
Duties
•Identify and analyse current trends in the market.
•Organise sales activities by maintaining and updating sales database and sales documentation.
•Report and strategize on potential market prospects with other managers.
•Plan and formulate sales activities for new products informed by market research.
•Implement marketing strategies in consultation with other team members.
•Develop business partnerships to further business opportunities.
•Organise and deliver sales bids to potential customers in consultation with internal departments.
•Oversee and coordinate the work of other sales team members to ensure consistent sales methods.
•Mentor other sales team members to increase product and market knowledge.
•Prompt communication on the ongoing promotion of Alstef’s brands, products and services with other managers and team members.
•Manage costs and budgets of sales methods and Marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have the following:
•Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification plus two (2) years of post-qualification experience; or
•Five (5) years of relevant experience.

•Experience in baggage handling industries and commercial aviation industries desirable.
