AddressA growing architectural and commercial lighting specialist are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to join the team and drive future business growth.
The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, self-motivated and strategic minded with a strong understanding of the A&D industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the sales team throughout the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Lead the sales team in conducting market research and trend analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and sales teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management
- Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels to build brand awareness and drive lead generation
- Lead the development of a new website that embodies the brands ethos, and manage ongoing product and content updates
- Manage product development including pricing structures, product segmentation and the production of fit-for-purpose marketing and sales materials
- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of all marketing and sales initiatives
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in marketing and sales within a B2B environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification/certificates in marketing, or related fields
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in prior roles
- Ability to and motivate a team to achieve Sales and other KPI targets
- Have a strategic mindset with solid ability to analyse market trends and develop innovative sales initiatives
- Have prior experience implementing improvements to marketing and sales processes
- Proficient in Salesforce and Pardot, as well as having strong knowledge, interest and expertise in best in breed in Marketing tools and AI abilities therein (desirable but not essential)
