About the Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager (SEQ) core responsibility is to drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing and business development strategies that build brand awareness and demand for our products and services to achieve Sales and revenue targets.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day Sales and Marketing functions as well longer-term SeaLink SEQ strategies, supported by a national team of Sales and Marketing experts.
As the Sales and Marketing specialist, you will be multi-skilled across both traditional and digital marketing techniques, with knowledge and experience across sales, marketing, community engagement and business development functions to develop effective strategies, campaigns, and content to promote our brand, products and services.
About You
The role requires an experienced Sales and Marketing expert with an enthusiastic attitude. We are looking for someone who enjoys being operationally hands-on and strategic, is self-motivated to achieve goals and targets working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
The successful applicant will need the following experience, skills and attributes:

• Proven ability to create and implement successful Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Experience leveraging both online and offline marketing channels driving sales conversions
• A good understanding of Sales and Marketing channels for travel and tourism industry.
• Strategic and proactive thinker and a practical implementer
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work quickly, creatively and accurately while meeting required deadlines
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write a variety of effective customer-facing content for different Sales and Marketing channels
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including being a team player, self-motivated, takes personal responsibility, is flexible, adaptable and dependable
• Excellent relationship building experience including effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Demonstrated alignment with our COMPASS values
