The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and directing the development, promotion and sale of Direct Lifts products and services.
With a strong emphasis on customer focus, you will not only lead by example when managing well established distributor networks but also seek out and pursue new customer opportunities.
You will stay ahead of the game by understanding competitor movements and strategies and use this information to drive relationships and sales growth.
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend marketing plans, annual salesforecasts, and budgets for the business.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Organise and control sales activities; set product mix, sales areas, and customer service standards.
- Identify and implement strategic business improvement projects across the region, monitoring and reviewing these initiatives to achieve maximum benefit to the company.
- Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information of sales as per requirement.
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports to GM.
- Manage, train, and motivate direct reporting staff according to company policy, procedure and employment law.
Formal qualifications in a related field or at least 5 years work relevant experience as a substitute as a substitute to formal qualifications.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Have a Clean driving licence, Working with Children Blue Card, General Construction Induction White Card and Current Police Check.
