CSE Uniserve Pty Ltd is an innovative supplier of electrical power management and protection technologies providing engineered solutions to industries throughout Australia and New Zealand. Due to substantial growth, we seek a dynamic, energetic and customer-focused Internal Sales and Office Administrator to be located in our Port Melbourne office as part of our national sales team.
THE ROLE
This is a key position congruent with the business growth strategy by providing essential sales coordination and administration functions as part of our national sales team.
The successful candidate will coordinate internal sales, including preparing sales quotations, processing sales orders working closely with supporting the team within the scope of organisational policies and procedures.
The role will have key responsibilities for the internal administration of all sales activities and provide outstanding Sales and administration support including general office duties and assisting with company travel arrangements and events in a timely and structured manner.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service that exceed client's expectations and cultivate positive customer (internal and external) relationships.
This role will require an individual who is proactive, highly customer-focused, and has an interest and willingness to expand the quality of our Sales and administration quality processes.

- You will need strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical knowledge/understanding in a similar field or industry experience will be an advantage, however, candidates from other industries who can demonstrate the personnel and professional characteristics we seek are encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years + of demonstrable working experience in a similar role
• Thorough understanding of the Sales and Office administration function
• Computer Literacy
• Experience in managing multiple and competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Take responsibility for meeting safety and quality requirements
• Working with key stakeholders to solve client-related problem.
