Sales And Promotions Officer

We are on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious all-rounder to join our team as our Sales and Promotions Officer.
 

As the face of the business, you will be an excellent and natural communicator, genuinely enjoy connectioning and building professional relationships with agents, guests and suppliers. With a personable demeanour and an easygoing nature, you will effortlessly connect with others and to help promote our business. Must have initiative and be able to adapt to changing situations of our tour.

Customer Service Agent

• You will be responsible for educating agents about our tours, ensuring they have all the information needed to promote Kimberley Day Cruise effectively
• Work closely with agents and directly with guests to sell our tours
• Represent Kimberley Day Cruise at local markets, visitor centre and other promotional activations 
• Providing administration support to our Broome base
• Running errands
   

Skills 

• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Professional demeanour with a positive attitude
• Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team

Requirements 

• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Experience in similar tourism role
• Preferably a Broome local 
• Friendly outgoing personality 
• Excellent communicator
