In order to better serve and expand our customer base we are searching for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Administrator to join our sales team in our Bibra Lake office.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day processing of sales orders. These are received via phone, email or via our e-commerce platform.

Your tasks will include:
- Process sales orders and quotes
- Speak to customers and make them feel welcome
- Liaise with our engineering team and provide system solutions
- Liaise with our national sales team and exchange ideas
- Participate in technical and administrative meetings
- Provide support to our State Sales Manager and BDM
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role within retail or wholesale industry (highly desirable)
- Proven sales knowledge and experience, providing solutions based on customers’ needs
- Strong desire to learn and expand your knowledge within the solar industry
- Be detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to problem-solve with effective negotiation skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills with the capability to build and enhance relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Friendly natured and reliable
- Ability to learn and follow new processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience working with common ERP systems is desirable
