Energetic professional required to help our sales team grow our software solutions with automotive dealer clients.

  • Part-time or casual role – between 10-20 hours pw
  • No weekend work - flexible shifts during the day
  • Central Adelaide CBD office 

Op2ma Pty Ltd has been delivering software, data & consulting solutions to automotive dealers for over 15 years. 

Our solutions are used in over 20 countries.

We have recently launched an exciting new automotive dealer sales platform that is unlike anything in the industry. This technology will help dealer staff reduce admin so they can all spend more time with customers. 

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic person who has some experience in either sales or telephone call programs (or both). 

You enjoy talking to people and helping solve their problems. Perhaps you are looking to get into sales in some way and want an entry-level role to help you on your journey. 

You will be based in Adelaide at our Head Office on Waymouth Street. 

The focus of our sales team is to grow our client base (i.e.- sell our solutions) and we do this by prospecting new dealer clients, letting them know about our products (through information packs) and hopefully, some will want to see a demonstration. 

This is where you can work with our sales team – you help get some leads and then the sales team take over. 

We have some really good internal tools to use in this process, in particular HubSpot CRM. If you haven’t used it before but are familiar with CRM, no problem. If you are tech-savvy and a fast learner, you’ll get it.

But, if using technology is not something you are comfortable with, then this role is probably not for you.

As our customers are all over Australia, we work a lot online with presentations, demonstrations, and meetings via WebEx, Skype, and Google Meet so it’s very exciting to be dealing with people who are not in your hometown! 

Obviously, you need to be not afraid to use the phone to call customers.

Our marketing team generate mailouts and emails to potential customers. One of your tasks will be to make sure the prospects have read the information and to arrange a demonstration with one of the sales team.

  • Clear National Police Check

All training required – both Induction and Ongoing – is provided.
