Role Overview:
We are currently seeking two proactive and motivated Sales Associates to join our dynamic team in Broadbeach. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various aspects of sales, including prospecting, lead generation, database management, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct open home callbacks and follow-ups
- Make "just listed" and "just sold" calls to potential clients
- Conduct cold calls to nurture new client relationships
- Schedule appraisal bookings and assist with the settlement process
- Prepare marketing materials and conduct door-knocking around new listings
- Manage our database, including inputting data and coordinating e-news mailouts
- Provide support during appraisals, including compiling necessary information and attending when required
- Oversee current stock from listing to settlement, coordinating with photographers and inspectors
- Attend open homes and auctions, handling inquiries and escalating when necessary
- Maintain a strong online presence through social media and other platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A motivated and dynamic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
