About the Role
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Coronis North team as a Sales Associate. In this position, you will play a crucial role in prospecting, building and nurturing client relationships alongside the lead agent. As a Sales Associate, you will gain exposure to every facet of the listing and selling process, from prospecting to assisting in the negotiation of sales. In this position, you will receive industry leading training as well as the ability to earn uncapped commissions!
Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Database prospecting: prospecting calls, door knocking and associated activities.
2. Administrative Support: Managing paperwork, data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing client information, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Client Communication: Assisting in responding to client inquiries, emails, and calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and promptness.
4. Open House Coordination: Planning and coordinating open house events, ensuring all necessary materials are available and managing visitor registrations.
5. Transaction Coordination: Assisting in the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
6. Database Management: Maintaining and updating client databases and managing follow-up procedures to nurture client relationships.
About You:
