What is the role?
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Attending Open Homes
- Managing administration of sales campaigns including vendor reporting
- Conducting private inspections as required
- Follow up all OFI attendees
- Daily prospecting calls
- Follow up weekly contact with buyers
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and on a daily basis
- Create appraisal opportunities
- Liaise/negotiate with buyers and vendors
- Co-ordinate and conduct pest and building inspections
- Data entry and database management
- Attend listing appointments where arranged with Lead Agent
- Client care and buyer follow up
- Canvassing
- General administration duties
Who are we looking for?
This position requires you to be a self-driven personality, highly organised, well-spoken and well presented.

A Real Estate Certificate of Registration, reliable motor vehicle and current drivers licence are required.
