Key Responsibilities:
- Support at open houses and private viewings.
- Foster and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Manage communication and relationships with vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling property listings.
- Coordinate and oversee open houses and property inspections.
- Assist with sales administration, including contract preparation and document management.
Ideal Candidate:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for after-hours.
- Holds a valid real estate license and a driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in real estate or sales administration is a plus, but not required.

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or higher.
